We know sometimes couponing can be confusing, and we are here to help!

Here at True Couponing, we receive questions daily about all kinds of things pertaining to couponing. To help answer your questions, we will regularly post Questions and Answers to some of the Frequently Asked Questions we receive from our readers.

Today’s question comes from Diane…

Question:

I absolutely love True Couponing! God bless you and your ministry. I am on your web site everyday. Just recently, I began having a problem getting the Publix current ad when I clicked on the Publix bar. It sends me to Verizon site. I used to get right in to find the ad. Now I can’t find it until I scroll down on the Home Page. Can you help me, or do I have to call Verizon? Thank you.

Answer:

We actually get questions similar to this all the time.  Recently there has been an increase in emails from people using Verizon as an internet service provider.  I am not exactly sure what the problem is, but here are some things you can try if you are experiencing any technical difficulties when you visit TrueCouponing.com or any other web site.

Web sites, browsers, coupon printing sites…pretty much everything on the internet gets “updated” regularly.  When one thing is updated, it may affect how something else performs.

For example, recently there was an update to Firefox.  Since I updated my Firefox browser, I can no longer print some SmartSource.com coupons.  However, I can print them fine using Internet Explorer or Safari.  I am sure sometime soon SmartSource.com will have an update and Firefox will work fine to print those coupons again.  Until then, I will just use another browser.

For this reason, I recommend having more than one browser installed on your computer.

Here are a few of the most popular browsers you can install:

You might also check to make sure your Javascript is enabled. You can find instructions for doing that here:

Internet Explorer: http://www.mistered.us/tips/javascript/browsers.shtml

FireFox: http://www.mistered.us/tips/javascript/firefox.shtml

Please know that technical difficulties will happen.  It is good to know more than one way to access the information you need.

I hope that will help many of you!
