To ensure you don’t blow through your summer budget in the first few weeks of the season, I’ve pulled together the top five items you should be watching (and buying) this summer.
Dairy Products
Did you know that June is National Dairy Month? That means manufacturer’s are going to be putting out extra great sales and bonus coupons on items like milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, ice cream (and toppings, Yay!).
Paint
No one wants to paint in hot weather. That means sales are going to go down which means we will see all kinds of deals on paints and outdoor household products. Don’t want to paint in the heat? Buy now and save the paint for a fall project.
Sunscreen
The beginning of summer is when Sunscreen companies are fighting for your competitive dollar. Coupons, deals, sales and stackable coupons will allow you to keep your skin protected and your budget in tact. You’ll see great deals on sunscreen starting now. Don’t forget tot check those money saving Apps such as Ibotta and Checkout 51 to keep even MORE money in your pocket! {In fact you can get paid to buy Hawaiian Tropic at Walmart after the easy Ibotta Rebate!}
Swimwear
This one is a little tricky because I am going to tell you to hold off until after the 4th of July to get a new swimsuit. That is when we see the prices of swimwear drop significantly. Shopping right after the 4th will get you the best selection, but prices will continue to drop through August. Have you ever been to the Dillards Swimsuit clearance section right after July 4th? Oh my word. They have a ton at crazy good prices.
Baby Products
The start of June has brought several great Baby Coupon Booklets! And that means there are going to be some great deals! This past week several people have been posting amazing deals on Baby Diapers, Wipes and other products in my Facebook group. So be ready to stockpile them now and not pay full price later!
