Easy Old Fashioned Fudge
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1-2/3 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
- Mix evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over low heat.
- Heat to boiling, cook 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, and nuts.
- Stir 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
- Pour into sprayed 9-inch square pan. (or you can line the pan with waxed paper)
- Let cool completely. Cut into 1 in X 2 in rectangles.
