Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies

You don’t even need to turn your oven on to create these delicious cuties!

 Stop at the grocery store on your way home and pick up these ingredients.

Be sure to prepare the Laffy Taffy and Starbursts before dipping the Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies in melted chocolate.

You’ll need to place the decorations on the cookie before the melted chocolate hardens.

Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies

You won’t even need to heat up the oven to make these adorable Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies.

Plus, who can resist the combination of peanut butter and chocolate?!

Ingredients

  • 12 Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 1/2 cup White Melting Chocolate
  • 36 M&M Minis
  • 24 M&M’s
  • 3 Laffy Taffys
  • 4 Candy Corns OR 2 Orange Starbursts
  • Black Food Marker or Melted Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Roll out each Laffy Taffy until about 1/16″ thick.
  2. Cut each into 4 lengthwise strips to use as scarves
  3. Cut each Candy corn or Starburst into triangular pieces to use as carrot noses.
  4. Melt White Chocolate by microwaving for 45 seconds and then stirring. If not melted, heat an additional 15 seconds and stir, repeating until smooth.
  5. Line cutting board or cookie sheet with wax paper.
  6. Dip each Nutter Butter in chocolate and shake off excess.
  7. Place on the prepared sheet.
  8. Position 3 M&M Minis as “buttons”.
  9. Position nose and 3 regular M&M’s as earmuffs.
  10. Place the Nutter Butter Snowmen Cookies in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
  11. Using a knife, carefully trim off any excess chocolate.
  12. Using food marker, or melted chocolate and toothpick, draw in coal eyes and mouth.
  13. Wrap the scarf around the snowman, and gently press together where it overlaps.

Notes:
Cook time is really refrigerated time.
