Do you wanna bake a snowman? Of course, you do!
We used a cookie mix, but you could start with a made-from-scratch cookie.
Using the mix will get you to the fun, decorating part quicker!
Choose whatever mix you like, but we chose one with chocolate chunks.
You can never have too much chocolate.
Let your cookies cool completely before adding the icing or your cookies will melt too much.

Here’s a yummy chocolate version of the ever so popular Melting Snowman Chocolate Cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Cookie Mix (and associated ingredients)
- 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Bells
- 12 oz White Candy Melting Chips
- 48 Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 Orange Starbursts
Instructions
- Bake cookie according to package directions.
- Allow the cookies to cool.
- Cut Starburst into 3 rectangular strips (1/4″ x 3/4″)
- Cut each of those in half, creating 6 – 1/4″ x 3/8″ rectangles.
- Next, cut each of those diagonally creating 12 triangles for noses.
- Repeat with other Starburst.
- Cut each bell in half.
- Heat White Candy Chips in the microwave for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
- Use a spoon to drizzle white chocolate over the cookie.
- Place a bell, cut side down to represent the hat.
- Place 2 chocolate chips below the hat to represent eyes.
- Place nose under eyes.
- Place the cookies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
