Saturday night shopping trip to Publix… I didn’t add the source for each coupon, but they were all obtained from the 1/6/13 Sunday Tampa Tribune and the Publix Green and Yellow advantage flyers…
Transaction 1
12 – Yoplait (used [2] $0.40/6 MQ)
6 – Sprite 2-liter (used [2] B2G1 Coke product SQ and [1] $1/4 MQ)
2 – V8 Fruson Smoothies (No coupons used)
2 – Hungry Jack Syrup (used [2] $1/1 SQ)
2 – Hungry Jack Pancake Mix (used [2] $1/1 SQ and [2] Buy syrup, get mix for free MQ)
4 – Sundown Vitamins (used [2] $5/2 Publix SQ and [4] $2/1 MQ)
1 – Carnation Instant Breakfast (used [1] $1/1 SQ and [1] $1.50/1 MQ)
I also used $10/$50 purchase + free $10 gift card Sweetbay Coupon (My Publix honors these coupons)
Total before coupons: $52.21
Total after 20 coupons: $7.71, plus I received the $10 Publix Gift card (stated above), so I got all of this for free AND ended up $2.29 in the positive.
Transaction 2
4 – Centrum ProNutrients (used [4] $8/2 Centrum [must purchase 1 ProNutrient and 1 MultiVitamin] MQ and [4] $5/2 Centrum products SQ)

I also used $10/$50 purchace + free $10 gift card Sweetbay Coupon (My Publix honors these coupons)
Total before coupons: $59.34
Total after 9 coupons: -$2.66 (meaning THEY paid ME $2.66), plus I received the $10 Publix Gift card (stated above), so I got all of this for free AND ended up $12.66 in the positive.
Transaction 3
2 – Cheetos Puffs (B1G1) (no coupons used)
2 – Captain Crunch Cereals (B1G1) (no coupons used)
4 – Boca Burgers (B1G1) (used [2] $1/2 MQ)
8 – Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowls (used [8] $2/1 Jimmy Dean product MQ)
2 – Tradewinds Sweet Tea (used [1] $1/2 SQ and [2] $1/1 MQ)
6 – Aunt Jemima Pancakes/French Toast (B1G1) (no coupons used)
4 – Sundown Vitamins (used [2] $5/2 Publix SQ and [4] $2/1 MQ)
I also used $10/$50 purchase + free $10 gift card Sweetbay Coupon (My Publix honors these coupons)
Total before coupons: $62.01
Total after 20 coupons: $13.01, plus I received the $10 Publix Gift card (stated above), so I got all of this for $3.01 Out of Pocket
So in conclusion…
If you take these 3 transaction totals ($52.21 + $59.34 + $62.01) (before coupons) it equals $173.56.
If you take what I paid in cash for the items ($7.71 – $2.66 + $13.01), it equals $18.06.
Now, even though I spent $18.06 in cash, I received [3] $10 Publix Gift Cards, so technically, I’m $11.94 in the positive and I got everything in the picture(s) for free.
