Ingredients
- 6 large Baking Potatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Scrub and dry potatoes.
- Pierce each potato 6-8 times with a fork.
- Rub each potato with about a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
