This time of the year it is easy to let ourselves get caught up in the busyness of the impending season. A good way to keep thankfulness at the forefront of our hearts and minds is to be purposeful about it. So, for the month of November we’ll be sharing with you
30 Days of Thanksgiving.
Each day this month we will post something we are thankful for. We hope you will leave a comment either on the post or on Facebook sharing something you’re thankful for as well. Spread the thankfulness and repost it to your Facebook page every day this month.
1 Thessalonians 5:18
“…give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Today I am thankful for our Veteran’s. My Grandfather, Kenneth Campbell, served in the Army and was a Prisoner of War during World War II and served in the Korean War. My Dad served in the Army and James’ Dad served in the Marines. My sister’s husband was just honorably discharged from the Navy last February. Military servicemen and women are woven throughout our family and today, I thank God for your impact on our lives.

I am so thankful for my church family at Eastpoint Fellowship. Since graduating from college and getting married 22 years ago, we have never lived close to any of our relatives. When you don’t have family close-by, your church family becomes even more special. Our church family has loved us through having babies, surgeries, car trouble, financial lows, celebrations and just every day life. We are so blessed to have friends that are even closer to us than most of our family.
