As a Floridian and a Disney lover, I am always looking for a great Disney deal.
As an annual pass holder, I will be the first to tell you that I could spend an entire day in each of the parks, then go back to the same park for the second day and STILL not experience everything at that park.
Disney vacation deals are there, you just need to explore how to make Disney work for your budget. Enjoy 7 days’ vacation at Disney for the price of 3 days!
There is so much to do in each of the parks that you really could spend a whole week at Disney, and not even get to do everything.
I realize as an annual pass holder, I don’t have to think about the admission cost of how many days I want to spend at each park.
However, if you are not an annual pass holder, you want to make the most of each day you spend at the park because it is going to cost you.
If you want to enjoy the magic of Disney and stay on a budget, you can have a seven-day vacation at Disney, but only spend the price of three!
Here are my insider secrets for how you can create your own Disney vacation deal!
Day 1 And 2: Spend Two Days At The Park
If you’ve been to the Disney parks before for Disney vacation deals, then choosing your two favorites shouldn’t be too complicated.
If you’ve never been to Disney before, I recommend going to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot for your two days at the park.
They have the most rides out of all four parks, and you can easily spend an entire day inside each one.

As you are planning your itinerary, make sure you check out the shows that happen at various times all over each park.
We’ve been annual pass holders for a couple of years now and one day we were passing by an area of the Magic Kingdom Park where the Muppets were putting on a show about America.
So the next time we decided to go, I explored the Disney website to see if I could find the showtimes for us to watch the Muppets. I not only found that one… but several other shows as well! I didn’t realize that there were little shows happening all over the park at various times! Now we can schedule them into our day so we don’t miss out!
They may not be Disney vacation deals, but little nuggets like this sure do help pack in all the fun!
Day 3: Resort & Pool Day
You don’t have to go into one of the parks to have a magical Disney vacation. There are so many things to do right at your resort and of course, the pool is a no-brainer!
Just a short walk from your room and you can find a great pool to spend the day! Cast members will play music, play games, do crafts, and more fun! Characters will often make an appearance during the day too!
As night falls, the fun doesn’t end. The fire starts and so do the s’mores.
Then there’s usually a Disney movie under the stars and a perfect ending to another Disney perfect day to add to your Disney vacation deals.
Day 4: Disney Springs
When it comes to visiting Disney Springs, no two visits will ever be the same!
There is so much to do from shopping in one of the boutiques, live entertainment, and activities and events taking place year-round.
You could budget to attend a Cirque Du Soleil show, see a movie, catch a live show, go bowling, or stop by during the holidays for a little Christmas Disney magic.
Just to make sure you are properly informed, Disney “Springs” doesn’t have any actual springs to swim in. It’s a themed retail, dining, and entertainment center inspired by Florida’s charming waterfront towns, historic architecture, and natural beauty.
But you can definitely do a full day there to add to your Disney vacation deals.
Day 5: Resort Hopping
Disney currently has more than 30+ Disney resort hotel locations in Orlando, Florida. Each resort is unique in its own way with restaurants and other onsite spectacles.
Whether you are staying at one of these properties, or just want to enjoy some of the resort fun, you can take the Disney transportation or drive up to any of these resorts and experience the magic.
Enjoy a meal at any of the dining restaurants. Or enjoy one of the many activities each resort has to offer. The best time to do resort hopping is during holidays to see festive decor in each of the resorts.
It’s how to pack in those Disney vacation deals while on vacation!
This is the itinerary we regularly did with my children:
We would start our day at the Polynesian resort to get a Dole Whip Ice Cream. Then we’d explore the hotel and get on the Monorail to zip over to the Grand Floridian Resort where we explored the massive gift shop and take pictures at the giant birdcage in the lobby.
Then we’d take the boat ride over to the Wilderness Lodge where we’d walk around the pool and look for birds (or other animals) on the back dock by the water.
Next was a boat ride over to Disney Springs where we’d get something to eat at Rainforest Cafe (don’t forget to bring your Discounted Gift Cards to save money) and hop back on the boat back to the Polynesian, where our day first began.
Such a relaxing day without crowds or lines to deal with. Just quality time exploring. And almost free too! Bonus!
Day 6: Disney’s Water Parks
Did you know that Disney has two excellent water parks? These are part of my must-do Disney vacation deals!
There is something for everyone in each of the two Disney water parks from thrill rides to wave pools, and even snorkeling adventures too!
They are less expensive than the four main parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios) yet they will definitely take an entire day to explore!
Day 7: ESPN Wide World Of Sports Complex
If you are a sports or concert fan, you don’t want to miss the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex!
This sports complex hosts over 60 sports and thousands of events all year round. You can watch as a spectator or even train and compete with a team of your own!
