CVS Shopping Scenarios
for 7/7 – 7/13!!

To get the biggest savings at CVS, you’ll need to take advantage of their ECB Deals AND use coupons.  Here are a few shopping scenarios broken down into separate transactions for this week to get you started.

{TRANSACTION #1}
Buy:  Gillette Venus or Fusion Proglide Razor 1 ct (Limit 1) – psa $6.99
Use:  $5/1 Venus Razor, exp. 7/31/13 (RP 06/16/13)
Pay:  $6.99 (product total) – $5 (coupon total) = $1.99 OOP
Get Back:  $2 ECBs

{TRANSACTION #2}
Buy: (3) 7UP, A&W, Canada Dry or Sunkist, Sun Drop or Sunkist, 12pk 12oz Cans (limit 1) @ $3.67 = $11.01
Use: (3) $2/1 Dr. Pepper, 7Up, A&W, Canada Dry, Sunkist, Sun Drop or Sunkist Soda printable (Out of prints, thanks Carl!)
Pay: $11.01 (product total) – $6 (coupon total) – $2 ECBs (from Transaction #1) = $3.01 OOP
Get Back: $3 ECBS

{TRANSACTION #3}
Buy:  Complete Solution, Twin Pack or Blink Tears, 1oz (limit 1) @ $13.99
Use:  $2/1 Blink Tears or Blink GelTears, exp. 7/22/13 (SS 06/16/13) (minus $2)
Pay:  $11.99 (product total) – $2 (coupon total) – $3 ECBs (from Transaction #2) = $6.99 OOP
Get Back: $7

Buy: (1) Always Radiant Pads, 12-16ct, Liners, 64ct or Infinity, 14-18ct (limit 1) @ $3.99

Use:  $1/1 Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash, Ultraclean, Total Care, Total Care Zero or Fluoride Defense printable or $1/1 Listerine Adult Mouthwash printable (minus $1)
Buy: (2) Fuji Water, 1L, Rockstar, 12-16oz or Ocean Spray Sparkling Cranberry, 12oz (limit 1) @ $1.50
Buy: (1) Softsoap or Irish Spring Body Wash, 15-18oz @ – $2.99
Use: (1) $2 off  Softsoap Instant Coupon printing at CVS Coupon Center week of 7/7
Pay: $12.47 (product total) – $5 (coupon total) – $7 ECBs (from Transaction #2) = $0.47 OOP
Get Back: $1 + $1 + $1 = $3

WHAT DID IT REALLY COST?
Transaction #1 = $1.99
Transaction #2 = $3.01

Transaction #3 = $6.99
Transaction #4 = $0.47
Total of All Products Before Coupons or ECBs would have been $42.76!
Final Price OOP = $13.98

And, you still have $3 ECBs to use next week!

If you already have some ECBs from previous weeks to start this week’s transactions, your OOP will be even less!

Remember to scan your Extra Care Card at the in-store kiosk before you shop every time at CVS. You can usually scan it (2) or more times. You could get some CVS store coupons to save more!
