CVS Shopping Scenarios for 6/28 – 7/4!!

To get the biggest savings at CVS, you’ll need to take advantage of their ECB Deals AND use coupons.  Here are a few shopping scenarios broken down into separate transactions for this week to get you started.

{TRANSACTION #1}
Buy: (2) Colgate 360 toothbrush 1 ct (Limit 2) @ $2.99 each = $5.98
Use: (2) $1/1 Colgate 360 or Floss-Tip Manual Toothbrush, exp. 7/4/15 (SS 06/14/15) [Excludes Plus, Triple Action, Extra Clean and Classic Clean; Limit 4] (minus $2)
Pay: $5.98 (product total) – $2 (coupon total) = $3.98 OOP
Get Back: (2) $2 ECBs = $4 ECBs

{TRANSACTION #2}
Buy: (2) Colgate Total Toothpaste 5.8-6 oz (Limit 2) @ $3.49 each = $6.98
Use: (2) $1/1 Colgate Total, Colgate Optic White, Colgate Enamel Health or Colgate Sensitive Toothpaste Printable [3-oz.+] (minus $2)
Pay: $6.98 (product total) – $2 (coupon total) – $4 ECBs (from Transaction #1) = $0.98 OOP
Get Back: (2) $2 ECBs = $4 ECBs

Buy: (2) CVS Toothbrushes 3 ct (Limit 2) @ $2.99 each = $5.98
Pay: $5.98 (product total) – $4 ECBs (from Transaction #2) = $1.98 OOP
Get Back: (2) $2 ECBs = $4 ECBs

Buy: (2) Colgate Total mouthwash 500 ml (Limit 2) @ $3.99 each = $7.98
Buy: (2) Rimmel Nail Polish @ BOGO 50% Off – psa $1.59 = $2.38
Use: (2) $2/1 Colgate Mouthwash or Mouth Rinse, exp. 7/25/15 (SS 06/28/15) [480-ml.+] (minus $4)
Use: (2) $1/1 Rimmel London Eye, Face or Nail Product, exp. 7/31/15 (RP 04/26/15) (minus $2)
Pay: $10.36 (product total) – $6 (coupon total) – $4 ECBs (from Transaction #3) = $0.36 OOP
Get Back: (2) $1 ECBs (Colgate) = $2 ECBs

WHAT DID IT REALLY COST?
Transaction #1 = $3.98
Transaction #2 = $0.98

Transaction #3 = $1.98
Transaction #4 = $0.36
Total of All Products Before Coupons or ECBs would have been $29.30!
Final Price OOP = $7.30

And, you still have $2 ECBs to use next week!

If you already have some ECBs from previous weeks to start this week’s transactions, your OOP will be even less!

Remember to scan your Extra Care Card at the in-store kiosk before you shop every time at CVS. You can usually scan it (2) or more times. You could get some CVS store coupons to save more!
