To get the biggest savings at CVS, you’ll need to take advantage of their ECB Deals AND use coupons. Here are a few shopping scenarios broken down into separate transactions for this week to get you started.

Buy: (1) CVS Jelly Beans @ $.99
Buy: (1) Di-Gel @ $5
Use: $3.50/1 Di-Gel MQ
Pay: $5.99 (product total) – $3.50 (coupon total) = $2.49 OOP
Get Back: $2.99 ECBs
{TRANSACTION #2}
Buy: (2) Life Savers @ 2/$4.98
Buy: (6) Hershey’s 10.5-10.78 @ $3 = $18
Use: (1) $1.50/2 Life Saver MQ
Use: (2) $2/3 Hershey’s MQs (minus $4)
Use: $2.99 ECBs from Transaction #1
Pay: $22.98 (product total) – $5.50 (coupon total) – $2.99 ECBs = $14.49 OOP
Get Back: $2 ECBs + $5 ECBs = $7 ECBs

Buy: (6) Mars Products @ $3 each = $18
Use: (3) $1/2 MQs (minus $3)
Use: $7 ECBs from Transaction #2
Pay: $18 (product total) – $3 (coupon total) – $7 ECBs = $8 OOP

Transaction #1 = $2.49
Transaction #2 = $14.49
Transaction #3 = $8.00
Transaction #4=$5.00
Total of All Products Before Coupons or ECBs would have been $62.97
Final Price OOP = $29.98 for 23 items or only $1.30 per item!
And, you still have $3 ECBs to use next week!
If you already have some ECBs from previous weeks to start this week’s transactions, your OOP will be even less!
Remember to scan your Extra Care Card at the in-store kiosk before you shop every time at CVS. You can usually scan it (2) or more times. You could get some CVS store coupons to save more!
