Our family loves Mexican food! We usually have some kind of Mexican food for dinner at least once a week. So, we were excited to be offered the opportunity to try some new products from Old El Paso!
The first thing my kids noticed were the new Old El Paso® Stand ‘N Stuff® Soft Tortillas. They are shaped like an oblong bowl and are so much fun to stuff! The creation pictured above is my 7 year old daughter's…she's a meat, cheese and sour cream kind of girl. My husband and I thought the star of the dinner show was the new Old El Paso® Mexican Cooking Sauces (Chipotle is the flavor we used for the dinner pictured above). The sauces are full of great flavor to please my sauce-loving husband, but they are also not too spicy for the kids. The Old El Paso® Mexican Cooking Sauces made dinner prep a cinch! Just cook the meat of your choice then pour it on and simmer. Super quick, super easy and super tasty!!!
The Collapsible Colander is handy for rinsing veggies to go along with dinner, but what makes it really great is that it takes up very little storage space when you're done! (Where has this been all my life?) The Veggie chopper makes quick work of whipping up some homemade salsa (the perfect accompanyment to a Mexican dinner) and the Chop turner utensil is the absolute perfect tool to use when browning ground beef (we used this to prepare a different meal and several since then!).
