Strawberry Blueberry Kabobs Recipe
This is a really neat way to put a little “WOW” on your table for Memorial Day or the Fourth of July!
With only 3 ingredients, this is such a simple recipe! It would be a great one for the kids to do!
Don’t the strawberries look pretty once they’re cut into stars?!
Strawberry Blueberry Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2″ Star Cookie Cutter
- 1 lb Large Strawberries (need to be big enough for 1 1/2″ star cookie cutter)
- 1 pint Blueberries
- 1 bag Mini Marshmallows
- 10 Skewers
- Butter to grease skewers
Instructions
- Find 10 of the largest strawberries, remove stem and cut in half.
- Using star cookie cutter make 20 strawberry stars.
- Lightly grease skewer with butter up to the point where you want marshmallows to start.
- Push 2 marshmallows down to that point.
- Push 2 blue berries down to marshmallows.
- Push 2 marshmallows down to the blueberries.
- Push 1 star down to the marshmallows.
- Push 2 marshmallows down to the star.
- Push 2 blue berries down to marshmallows.
- Push 2 marshmallows down to the blueberries.
- Push 1 star just onto the tip and align other items up to bring together.
- Repeat for other 10 skewers.
