I wanted to share one of my great shopping trips at Publix taking advantage of great sales and using terrific mfg, store and competitor (Sweetbay, Target and Winn Dixie $5/$30) coupons.
Here is what I purchased in two separate transactions to take advantage of 2 Sweetbay $3.00 off of meat coupons:
1st Transaction:
4 packages Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables – 50% off sale
2 boxes SuperPretzels – B1G1
2 boxes Edward’s Singles – B1G1
4 boxes Edy’s Fruit Bars B1G1 and I used 2 Publix B2G1 coupons so these were FREE
1 Eye Round Roast – $11.37 less $3.00 Sweetbay meat coupon = $8.37
1 Publix Sour Cream
1 pkg Soft Tacos
1 bunch Green Onions – used 1 Sweetbay $2.00 produce coupon
1 Sweet Onion
1 Sweet Potato
2 Nivea Shaving Foam – 40% off and I used a $3.00 off coupon when you buy 2 so these were FREE and a money maker!
4 Dial Liquid Bath Soap – B1G1
OOP $13.56
Savings Summary – Store Coupons $21.30 (includes $12.00 in competitor coupons)
Mfg Coupons $12.15
Special Price Savings $27.88
Total Savings $61.33
2nd Transaction:
1 package Ground Beef — $4.21 – $3.00 Sweetbay meat coup = OOP $1.21
OOP Total for both transactions $13.56 + 1.21 = $14.77!!
