Strawberry-Yogurt-Fruit-Dip

When your party guests come to the table looking for something refreshing and delicious, they’ll be oh-so-happy to find this Strawberry Yogurt Fruit Dip.  It’s great for any kind of party or get-together and your guests won’t even realize how easy it was for you to make.

Strawberry-Yogurt-Fruit-Dip-Ingredients

It doesn’t get much simpler than these three ingredients. All you need is a cup of frozen strawberries, a cup of yogurt and 8oz of cream cheese. You could even use lowfat cream cheese and lowfat yogurt as a healthier option.

Using either a Kitchen Aid stand mixer or a regular hand mixer (or just a spoon if you don’t have a mixer), blend the yogurt and cream cheese together.

Now stir in those delicious frozen strawberries until they’re distributed evenly throughout the dip.  Pop it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.  While the dip is chilling, assemble some fresh fruit like pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, bananas and apples on a platter and when the dip is chilled, place it in a pretty bowl along side the fruit. Now enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Frozen Sliced Strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Strawberry Yogurt
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
Instructions
  1. Whip together cream cheese and yogurt until well blended.
  2. Stir in strawberries until evenly distributed.
  3. Refrigerate to firm.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
