If you have been following True Couponing for any length of time, then you would know there have been two names on this blog for the past 5 years. Melisha Kreppein joined me here on TrueCouponing in November 2010. We met online while learning how to become bloggers and shared a love of Jesus and teaching couponing skills.

Last September Melisha felt God prodding her heart to start something new. She realized that her work and personal life were out of balance, we knew God was at work again so I started helping Melisha on a new project, a separate personal blog, FindingTimeToFly, where she shares time and money saving strategies for busy moms focusing on the areas of home, food, family, faith, and fun.

To introduce you to her new blog, Melisha has written a special article and broken down Meal Planning into 8 easy-to-follow steps. With 5 children of her own, you can bet she has done her fair share of planning meals.

Weekly Meal Plan

Melisha and I will always be very good friends, you don’t save that much money and run a blog together for several years without that happening! I know you’ll love her tips as much as I do and I invite you to follow her blog to keep up with her fun new adventure.
